- ブリツジ回路の交流電源が接続された一方の節
点に隣接する一方の枝に被測定流体中に曝された
コンデンサ及び抵抗からなる第１の並列回路を介
装するとともに他方の枝に基準流体中に曝された
コンデンサ及び抵抗からなる第２の並列回路を介
装したことを特徴とするブリツジ型センサ。
