Claims (1)
- ダイオード素子、このダイオード素子が載置さ
れるとともにダイオード素子の一方の電極が接続
される第２あるいは第１のリード、上記ダイオー
ド素子の他方の電極が接続される第１あるいは第
２のリード、第３のリード、この第３のリード上
に載置され、一方の端子が第３のリードに接続さ
れるとともに他方の端子が上記第１のリードに接
続される抵抗体を備えたミニモールドダイオード
。
