Claims (1)
- 複数個の輪状電極を所定の間隔をおいて保持し
て電極枠を形成し、上記電極枠内に被検液体を封
入した容器を挿入し、上記電極を用いて静電容量
を測定し、該静電容量の変化分から液量を検知す
ることを特徴とする容器中の液量センサー。
