本発明は繭糸と合成繊維等生糸以外の繊維又は
糸を複合した生糸を製造する装置に関する。従来
この種装置として、繰繭群中の中央に位置する繰
糸槽底を貫通する透孔を設け、繰糸湯が洩れない
ように、この部分に繰糸湯上面までパイプ等を立
上らせ、繰糸槽の裏側より、この透孔を通して他
の繊維又は糸を引上げ繰繭される繭糸と合糸させ
るものは例えば、特開昭57−183409号公報に知ら

接緒器2で纒められ、集緒器3を通り、ケンネル
部6を経て完全に複合され、従来の生糸と同様の
風合を持つた複合糸となつて繰枠7に巻取られ
る。尚この場合水流を強制的に生起させ絡み合い
を促進することも出来る。又図面でガイド板9
は、一側に傾斜させて、該ガイド板9上から繰糸
完了後の蛹の排出を容易にさせると共に、これに
設けたガイド孔9aは、それぞれ一側側縁と割溝
9bを介して連通させ、該割溝9bを介して容易
に該ガイド孔9aに繭糸以外の繊維又は糸bを挿
着出来るようにした。尚複合する繭糸以外の繊維
又は糸bとして、繭糸の太さとほゞ等しい太さを
有する合成繊維を用いれば、生糸とまつたく同様
の風合を備えしかも生糸に欠ける耐摩擦性、耐引
張強度を補い、しかも織物としたとき絹織物に比

外の繊維と繭糸が完全に複合し、相互の糸の特色
と風合が生された勝れた複合糸が繰成出来るの効
