DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing raw silk, which is a composite of cocoon silk and fibers or threads other than raw silk, such as synthetic fibers. Conventionally, this type of device has a through hole penetrating the bottom of the reeling tank located in the center of the cocoon group, and to prevent the reeling water from leaking, a pipe or the like is raised up to the top of the reeling water in this part to prevent the reeling water from leaking. A method for pulling up other fibers or threads from the back side of the tank through the through holes and combining them with the cocoon threads to be reeled is known, for example, from Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 183409/1983.

However, in this method, the other fibers or threads are concentrated in the center of the cocoon thread group being pulled up, and the cocoon thread group surrounds this, making it difficult to obtain a product with the original texture of raw silk in which each thread is finely compounded. .

The object of the present invention is to obtain a device free from such inconveniences, and the present invention has a system for collecting and winding cocoon filaments from a plurality of cocoons onto a reeling frame at the bottom of the reeling tank.
A guide plate is provided with a plurality of guide holes through which fibers or threads other than cocoon threads drawn from bobbins, cheese, corn, etc. are inserted, and each fiber or thread guided through the guide holes and the cocoon threads are collected. It is characterized in that it is collected and combined in a reel and wound on the reel.

An example of implementing the present invention will be explained with reference to the attached drawings.
In the drawing, 1 is a reeling tank, 2 is a splicing device, and 3 is a splicing device. The cocoon thread a spliced by the splicing device 2 is collected via the splicing device 3, and is passed between guides 4 and 5. There is no particular difference from conventionally known reeling machines in that the yarn is false-twisted in a kennel section 6 formed in a kennel section 6 and then wound around a reeling frame 7.

In such a case, the present invention inserts fibers other than raw silk or thread b drawn from a bobbin, cheese, corn, etc. 8 provided on the side of the reeling tank 1 into the bottom of the reeling tank 1. A guide plate 9 with a plurality of guide holes 9a is provided, and a guide 10 is provided from the bobbin etc.
Fibers other than the cocoon threads or thread b drawn out through the cocoon threads 1 to 13 are pulled up through the guide hole 9a, and then simultaneously passed through the cocoon thread a and the cocoon thread collector 3 through the kennel section 6 and the reel 7. Wind it up.

In this case, the cocoons c naturally change their position as the silk is reeled, so they float randomly among fibers or threads b other than the cocoon threads pulled up through the plurality of guide holes 8, and these cocoons are separated from the cocoon group. Cocoon silk a to be reeled
is randomly composited with the fiber or yarn b. That is, for each fiber or thread b, each cocoon thread a is reeled while floating while changing its position naturally as shown by I to C in FIG. The yarn is gathered in a container 2, passes through a cord collector 3, passes through a kennel section 6, is completely composited, becomes a composite yarn with a texture similar to conventional raw silk, and is wound onto a reel 7. In this case, entanglement can also be promoted by forcibly generating water flow. Also, guide plate 9 in the drawing
are inclined to one side to facilitate ejection of pupae from above the guide plate 9 after completion of reeling, and the guide holes 9a provided therein communicate with one side edge through the grooves 9b. This makes it possible to easily insert fibers other than cocoon yarn or yarn b into the guide hole 9a through the split groove 9b. If a synthetic fiber having a thickness almost equal to that of the cocoon thread is used as the composite fiber or yarn b other than the cocoon thread, it will have the same texture as raw silk, but will have the abrasion resistance and tensile strength that raw silk lacks. When made into a woven fabric, it is possible to obtain a yarn that is less likely to wrinkle compared to silk fabrics.

As described above, according to the present invention, fibers or threads other than raw silk drawn from bobbins, cheese, corn, etc. are inserted into the bottom of a reeling tank in which raw silk drawn out from a plurality of cocoons is collected and wound around a reeling frame. A guide plate with a plurality of guide holes is provided, and each fiber or yarn guided through the guide holes is combined with the raw silk and wound on the reel, so that fibers other than each raw silk The effect is that the cocoon threads are completely composited and a superior composite thread with the characteristics and texture of each thread can be regenerated.
