[Prior art and its problems] Pile fabrics such as Wilton carpet are usually provided with a suitable pattern using pile threads, and a plurality of different colored piles are formed in each vertical weave row according to the pattern. For example, in the case of a five-color pattern, pile yarns of at most five colors are used in each weave row. These pile yarns are each wrapped in cheese as shown in FIG. 5, and these cheeses 11 are hung on a creel stand 12 so that each yarn is pulled out and supplied to a loom.

However, depending on how the cheese-wound thread is wound, the larger the amount of thread, the larger the winding diameter. Moreover, since the usage amount of each pile yarn in the pile fabric differs depending on the pattern, in weaving the pile fabric, the creel stand 12 on which the cheese can be hung is set according to the cheese 11 of the pile yarn that is used in the largest amount. must be used [Figure 5a]. Therefore, the creel stand becomes extremely large and requires a large space for installation. In addition, since the amount of pile yarn used differs depending on the pattern [Figure 5b], one or two people are constantly required to change the cheese, and especially as weaving progresses and the amount of winding yarn decreases, each cheese You have to remove it and put the larger cheese on the side that will be used more, and the smaller cheese on the side that will be used less. Therefore, a large number of personnel are required, and there is also a lot of loss of leftover yarn. Furthermore, since the creel is installed behind the loom, preparations for the next pattern cannot be made until the pattern on the loom is completed, and it takes a considerable amount of time, 10 to 30 hours, to replace the pattern.

In view of the above, the present invention has been devised to solve the above problems by configuring the creel of pile yarn in a cassette type for each vertical weave row to make the creel smaller than before.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method in which a plurality of pile yarns are calculated according to the total length of the pile fabric woven for each vertical weave row. Each of the above-mentioned knots constitutes a pile yarn cassette housed in a cylindrical case having long holes in the peripheral wall for pulling out the yarn in the longitudinal direction. Each cassette is removably set on a creel stand, and the pile threads of the knots in each cassette can be pulled out from the elongated holes.

[Function] According to the present invention having the above-described configuration, each of the pile yarns wrapped in knots and housed in the cylindrical case has the following properties:
As the pile fabric is weaved, the threads are gradually drawn out from the long holes in the longitudinal direction depending on the amount used depending on the pattern, and when weaving is completed, all the threads are reduced almost uniformly, and the remaining threads are reduced. Some threads do not occur.

[Example] Next, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
In FIGS. 1 to 4, 1 is a creel stand, and 2 is a pile yarn cassette for each vertical weave row, which is attached and set to the creel stand.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this cassette 2 includes a plurality of pile yarns 4 of different colors used in vertical weave rows depending on the pattern of the pile fabric to be woven.
However, each pile fabric is wrapped in knots for the required length calculated according to the total length of the pile fabric to be woven.
It is fitted and housed inside the cylindrical case 3. For example, when weaving a pile fabric with a five-color pattern, as shown in Figure 4, each feather, that is, each vertical weave row...
For each pile yarn 4 of 1 to 5 colors, the required length for one repeat of each yarn pattern is calculated based on pattern analysis by computer and other data, and the number of repeats is calculated based on data obtained by computer pattern analysis and other data. Calculate the length required for the total length of the fabric by multiplying by It is configured as a cassette 2 of pile yarn. Since not all vertical weave rows use threads of five colors, the cassettes of a given weave row may contain spools of yarn of four or fewer colors. In any case, each cassette 2 constructed in this way has each cup 5 housed therein.
The total length of the winding thread is the same.

The cassette cylindrical case 3 is usually formed of synthetic resin into a cylindrical shape with one end closed, and the other end is provided with a lid 6 that can be opened and closed by an appropriate means such as attaching and detaching, so that the tip 5 can be put in and taken out. It is formed as an entrance/exit part 7. Further, the circumferential wall 3a of the cylindrical case 3 is provided with a long hole 8 for drawing out the thread in the vertical direction, so that the pile thread 4 of each tip 5 housed inside can be drawn out as described above. There is. In addition, it is desirable to interpose some kind of spacer 9 between the top and bottom of each tip 5 housed inside the cylindrical case 3, as shown in the figure, so that each pile thread can be pulled out smoothly without getting entangled. .

Therefore, in weaving a pile fabric, the cassette 2 containing the spools 5 of the pile yarn 4 for each vertical weave row of the entire woven width is set in the creel stand 1, and the cassette 2 containing the spools 5 of the pile yarn 4 is set in the creel stand 1. The pile yarns 4 are pulled out through the long holes 8 for pulling out the yarn and supplied to the loom, and each yarn in this one cassette 2 is used for each vertical weave row. During weaving, each cassette 2
The threads of the internal spout 5 are pulled out, and each thread is almost uniformly removed when weaving is completed.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, pile yarn is wound to the required length for each vertical weave row according to the pattern, so there is almost no yarn left after weaving and the yarn is uniform. , and there is no waste in the use of pile yarn. Also, even if the loom is running, preparations can be made for the next step, speeding up the process. Furthermore, it is easy to produce a wide variety of products in small batches. It takes about 1/4 of the space to produce the same amount as current creels, and there is no need to change cheese during weaving or to require personnel to do so.
