けるパイル糸のカセツト式クリールに関するもの

ず1〜2名必要であり、特に製織が進み巻糸量が
少なくなつたときには、各チーズを取り外して使
用量の多いほうに大きいチーズを、使用量の少な
いほうには小さいチーズをセツトし直さなければ
ならない。そのため、多数の人員を必要とし、ま

ツプのパイル糸を前記長孔より引出し得るように

て算定された必要長さ分だけコツプ巻きされて、
筒状ケース3の内部に嵌合収容されている。例え

糸を使用するとは限らないので、ある織目列のカ
セツトでは4色以下の糸のコツプが収容されるこ
とがある。いずれにしても、こうして構成される
各カセツト2はその内部に収容された各コツプ5

ができる。さらに小ロツトで多品種の生産が容易
にできる。現在のクリールと同じ量の生産を行な
うのに、約1/4のスペースで済み、また製織中の
チーズ替え、およびそのための要員が全く不要で
