断面図、第２図はそのワイパブレードゴムを製造
するために成形された押出成形基材の断面図であ
り、第３図は従来のワイパブレードゴムを示す断
面図である。第４図はワイパブレードゴムの往復
運動時の変形模式断面図であり、第５図は拭き角
と摩擦係数の関係を示すグラフである。 １……基部、２……ネツク部、３……揺動部、
４……リツプ部、４１……表層部、４２……塩素
化処理層、５……滑剤層、６……拭き角。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一体的に形成された厚肉の基部と、該基部
とネツク部を介して連続する断面が略三角形の揺
動部と、該揺動部の先端に設けられた薄い板状の
リツプ部とよりなるワイパブレードゴムにおいて
、 該リツプ部はその両側の側面でかつ該リツプ部
の先端より０．１〜０．５mmの該揺動部よりの位
置に巾０．５〜３mm、厚み０．０５〜０．５mmの
滑剤層を有することを特徴とするワイパブレード
ゴム。 (2) 滑剤層は、二硫化モリブデン、グラフアイ
ト、テフロン、窒化硼素の少なくとも１種を主成
分とする塗膜である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のワイパブレードゴム。 (3) リツプ部はその側面が塩素化層で形成され
該塩化層上に滑剤層が形成されている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のワイパブレードゴム。
