Claims (1)
ーフ、並びに、上記シユートレールによつて案内
されたＩＣのリードに対向する測定端子を備え、
かつ、前記シユートレール及びシユートルーフが
上記測定端子に対向している部分を、測定端子に
対して接近・離間し得る如く支承するとともに、
前記のシユートカバーに、ＩＣのリードに当接し
て測定端子に向けて押圧するリードプツシヤを設
けたＩＣ測定部のプレス機構において、 (a) シユートレール１が測定ソケツト４に対向
している個所に、シユート面に直交する複数個の
透孔を設け、 (b) 上記の透孔に摺動自在に嵌合する複数個の
プツシユロツドを構成し、 (c) 上記複数個のプツシユロツドをそれぞれプ
ツシユプレートに固着して断面コの字形のリード
プツシヤを構成し、 (d) 上記プツシユプレートとシユートルーフと
