温度制御体に対し加熱及び冷却を交互に繰返す温
度制御装置であつて、加熱冷却素子の加熱冷却平
面の反対側平面である受熱放熱平面には、熱容量
が大きく且つ熱伝導性の良好な蓄熱体が装着され
てあり、該蓄熱体の装着は受熱放熱平面に対して
は極めて低い熱抵抗で熱量の授受がなされ、受熱
放熱平面以外に対しては熱量の授受が極めて困難
となる構造で装着されてあることを特徴とする温
度制御装置。 (2) 被温度制御体に対する温度制御は高低２段
階の所定の温度レベルに温度レベルを周期的に変
化せしめる温度レベル制御手段が併設されてある
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
に係る温度制御装置。 (3) 蓄熱体の温度が所定の温度以上に上昇しな
いように加熱冷却素子を保護する手段が併設され
てあることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
