スクラツプの予熱を行うようにしてあるスクラツ
プ予熱槽をアーク炉の横で旋回のみできるように
設置し該予熱槽からアーク炉へのスクラツプ装入
を均一に行えるようにしたアーク炉への予熱スク
ラツプの装入装置に関するものである。

スペースが必要であり、更に動作タイムスケジユ
ールも長くなる、等の問題がある。

置10の回転でスクラツプ予熱槽3とコンベヤ1
1が旋回でき、又、リンク12,13の回動でコ
ンベヤ11がその長手方向へ変位できるようにす
る。又、包囲体1の一側には、予熱すべきスクラ
ツプを包囲体1の外からスクラツプ予熱槽3内へ
入れるためのコンベヤ15を配置し、該コンベヤ
15を包囲体1にリンク16,17を介して支持
させて、シリンダ18でリンク16を回動させる
ことによりコンベヤ15が包囲体1の内外方向へ
変位できるようにし、包囲体1外で受けたスクラ
ツプをコンベヤ15の移動でスクラツプ予熱槽3
内へ入れられるようにする。なお、排ガスダスト
7は途中で分割し、スクラツプ予熱槽3の旋回時
に離れるようにしてある。

て、スクラツプ装入後の炉蓋4の装着も容易に行
うことができることになる。
