    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上下方向に移動自在に設けられ半導体装置を保
    持する保持台と、この保持台の側方に設けられ前
    記半導体装置のリードに接触可能な計測用の接触
    子とを備えた半導体装置の計測用接触構造におい
    て、前記保持台に半導体装置位置決め用の溝を設
    けると共に、前記接触子を外側に押圧可能な押圧
    面を形成し、この押圧面は前記半導体装置のリー
    ド接触面の外側に位置付けられていることを特徴
    とする半導体装置の計測用接触構造。
