  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ほぼ球面状に湾曲した可撓性材料から成る

    音波ビームの焦点距離を可変としたことを特徴と
    する超音波探触子。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記超音波送受波部分が、高分子材料から成る複
    合圧電材料を含むことを特徴とする超音波探触子
    。
