Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin impregnated base material having no curl at both end parts thereof, by a method wherein a long strip like base material is impregnated with resin varnish and the movement of the impregnated base material through a curved surface roll freely rotatable is performed for a required number of times. したものである。回転自在な曲面ロールとしては回転自
在−ベンドローμ、バナナロール等を用いるものである
。基材に対する樹脂フェノの含浸が複数回に及ぶときは
回転自在な曲面ロールの設置も必要に応じて所要数設置
することができるものである。樹脂含浸基材はこの後、
湿潤状態のまま所要枚数を重ね更にその上面及び又は下
面に金属箔を配設してから無圧又は加圧硬化、切断して
情層板としたり、或は樹脂含浸基材を乾燥、切断してプ
リプレグとし、該グリプレグを所要枚数重ねた上面及び
又は下面に金属箔を配設した積層体を積層成形して積層
板とするものである。以下本発明の一実施例を図面によ
