樹脂含浸基材中央部に接触し中央部の伸びを両端部に移
動させるため両端部カーpが消滅し曲面ロール接触以後
は両端部カールのない樹脂含浸基材とすることができる

エン、ポリアミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリスルフォン
、ボリフエニレンサμファイド、ポリフェニレンオキサ
イド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエーテμエー
テ〃ケトン、弗化樹脂等の単独、変性物、混合物等が用
いられ必要に応じて粘度調整に水、メチルアルコール、
アセトン、Vクロヘキサノン、スチレン等の溶媒を添加
したものである。回転自在な曲面ロールとしては回転自
在−ベンドローμ、バナナロール等を用いるものである
。基材に対する樹脂フェノの含浸が複数回に及ぶときは
回転自在な曲面ロールの設置も必要に応じて所要数設置
することができるものである。樹脂含浸基材はこの後、
湿潤状態のまま所要枚数を重ね更にその上面及び又は下
面に金属箔を配設してから無圧又は加圧硬化、切断して
情層板としたり、或は樹脂含浸基材を乾燥、切断してプ
リプレグとし、該グリプレグを所要枚数重ねた上面及び
又は下面に金属箔を配設した積層体を積層成形して積層
板とするものである。以下本発明の一実施例を図面によ
