いる。Means for Solving Problem C] In order to achieve this objective, the backed-up RAM according to the present invention
This protection method uses an appropriate part of the backed-up RAM as a save area, copies the memory contents to the save area during writing, and then turns on the writing flag. The present invention is characterized in that the flag is checked when the RAM is accessed, and the contents of the save area are restored.

By performing this check, if the flag is ON, the contents of the save area will be restored to their original state, which will prevent the program from running out of control due to incorrect data being used. It is.

When inputting data to AM5, it is first checked whether a flag (write flag) indicating that fortune-telling is in progress is turned on, and if the write flag is turned on, one data write is started. When the fortune telling is completed, the write flag is turned off. Also, when the write flag is OFF, the contents of the memory are transferred to the save area (save buffer), read, and the write flag is turned ON to start data writing.Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 3, is a flowchart of the work of reading the data written in the backup RAM 5. When reading the data written in the backup RAM 5, first the write flag is set to O.
A check is made to see if it is in the N state, and if it is in the OFF state, memory reading is performed as is. If the write flag is in the ON state, there is data remaining in the backup RAM 5, so the contents of the save area (save buffer) are recovered, and then the write flag is turned OFF before memory reading is performed. It will be.

According to M's protection method, even if the writing to the backed-up RAM is interrupted by turning off the power or pressing the reset button manually, the write flag will always be turned ON when accessing the backed-up RAM. By checking OFF, the contents of the save area will be restored if it is set to ON, which prevents the program from running out of control due to the use of incorrect data. It is possible to do this.
