ら前記ラベル領域の復元が要求された場合に起動されて
前記ラベル領域の同時更新を避けるために指定媒体を排
他的に確保し、前記退避ラベル領域復元手段を用いて前
記ラベル領域を復元する機能を有するラベル領域復元ユ
