Claims (1)
として該軸部材の軸心方向に入力される振動を防
振するようにしたクツシヨンゴム装置であつて、 前記軸部材が挿通されて取り付けられる内筒金
具と、該内筒金具の軸心方向中間部の外周面に一
体加硫接着されて、径方向外方に延びる環状の第
一のゴム弾性体と、該第一のゴム弾性体に一体加
硫接着された環状のオリフイス形成部材とを有す
る第一の一体加硫接着部材と、 内側環状金具と、該内側環状金具の外周面に一
体加硫接着された環状の第二のゴム弾性体と、該
第二のゴム弾性体の外周面に一体加硫接着せしめ
られた外側環状金具とを有し、該内側環状金具に
おいて前記内筒金具の一端部に流体密に組み付け
られて、該第二のゴム弾性体と前記第一のゴム弾
性体との間に所定の環状空間を形成する第二の一
体加硫接着部材と、 該第二の一体加硫接着部材が組み付けられる側
とは反対側の前記内筒金具の端部に流体密に配設
され、前記第一のゴム弾性体との間で径方向外方
に開口する環状の凹所を形成する環状の端部金具
と、 前記内筒金具の軸直角方向に延び出させられた
環状のプレート部において前記取付部材に取り付
けられる、該プレート部の内周部に位置して、先
端縁が前記端部金具と所定の距離を隔てて対向す
るように、前記環状の凹所内に突入する状態で延
び出させられたテーパ形状の傾斜部を備えた取付
ブラケツトと、該取付ブラケツトの傾斜部の外側
において一端側が該傾斜部と所定の距離を隔てて
対向するように配置された、他端側に環状のカシ
メ部を有する環状のカシメ金具と、前記取付ブラ
ケツトの傾斜部と該カシメ金具との相対向する面
にそれぞれ一体加硫接着せしめられ、それらを弾
性的に連結する円環状の第三のゴム弾性体とを有
し、前記取付ブラケツトの内周部において前記第
二の一体加硫接着部材の前記外側環状金具に一体
的に組み付けられて、前記第一および第二のゴム
弾性体間の環状空間を流体収容空間とする第一の
流体室を形成すると共に、前記カシメ金具のカシ
メ部において前記端部金具の外周縁部にカシメ固
定されて、前記端部金具と第一のゴム弾性体との
間の環状の凹所を流体収容空間とする第二の流体
室を形成する第三の一体加硫接着部材と、 該第一および第二の流体室を相互に連通せしめ
る状態で前記第一の一体加硫接着部材のオリフイ
ス形成部材に形成されたオリフイスと、 該第一および第二の流体室内にそれぞれ封入さ
れた所定の非圧縮性流体とを、 含み、該第一および第二の流体室内に封入された
非圧縮性流体が該オリフイスを通じて相互に流動
することに基づいて、前記軸部材の軸心方向に入
力される振動を防振するようにしたことを特徴と
