- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力信号に基づいて発光する発光ダイオードと
該発光ダイオードから発生する光を検出して光量
に応じた電気信号を出力するホトトランジスタと
で構成されるホトカプラにより入力側回路と出力
側回路を電気的に分離し、 前記ホトカプラを構成するホトトランジスタと
ほぼ同特性のホトトランジスタを前記発光ダイオ
ードからの光を検出可能に入力側回路に設け、 該入力側回路のホトトランジスタ出力信号を入
力信号側にフイードバツクすることを特徴とする
ホトアイソレータ。
