Claims (1)
- ポンプ吐出側に接続して流体の圧力を定圧に制
御するバルブであつて、吸込口水路と吐出口水路
を設けたバルブ本体と、該バルブ本体内に摺動可
能に収容されて吐出口水路の圧力を一定に制御す
るスロツトルバルブおよび該スロツトルバルブの
反対側に弁棒を介してつりあいピストンを設け前
記スロツトルバルブとつりあいピストンの中間部
分に吸込口水路よりの流体を供給する様配置した
制御弁体と、前記つりあいピストンの端面側ピス
トン室に吸込口水路よりの流体の一部が流入する
様にしこのピストン室の端部壁にピストン室と吸
込口水路との圧力差によつてピストン室側の圧力
が高いときピストン室から吸込口水路側へ流体が
流れる様に設けた逆止装置と、ピストン室内の圧
力水の一部をバルブ本体の外部へ排出しながら一
定の圧力に調整する圧力調整装置とを設け、前記
ピストン室内の圧力を調整することにより吐出口
水路側の圧力が所定の調整圧力を下回つた際に流
入口水路側から吐出口水路側に流体が流れる様前
記つりあいピストンがスロツトルバルブの開度を
大とし、吐出口水路側の圧力が所定の調整圧力を
上回つた際に吐出口水路側に流体が流れるのを少
なくする様前記つりあいピストンが弁棒を介して
スロツトルバルブの開度を小さくすることを特徴
とする定圧制御バルブ。
