検出素子２を備え、 上記ビームを被検査プリント基板上に予め設定
されているチツプ部品搭載位置に照射し、上記光
点位置検出素子が出力するビームスポツトの像の
受光面上の位置を示す位置情報に基づいてチツプ
部品の有無を検出するようにしたことを特徴とす
