第２の単安定マルチバイブレータの出力をリセツ
ト信号として前記フリツプフロツプに与えると共
に、前記フリツプフロツプならびに前記第１およ
び第２の単安定マルチバイブレータの出力状態か
ら前記フリツプフロツプが前記リセツト信号でリ
セツトされない場合を検出して前記フリツプフロ
ツプをリセツトする手段とを有することを特徴と
