により非常に不体裁な外観状態になる。(Background Art) Conventionally, in knitted hats knitted from materials with long piles such as mohair, and consisting of a hat edge and a hat body, the knitted fabric made of the material has long piles and a raised appearance on the surface. However, in such knit hats, in order to give the cap edge 3' a waist, the knitted fabric of the cap edge 3' is knitted in double layers as shown in Figure 5A, and then the Since edge stitching is performed on the cap edge 3' using a sewing machine stitch as shown in Figure B, when stitching the edge, the hair around the edge is sewn together and falls sideways, as shown in Figure C. The knitted fabric of the hat edge 3', which has even piles, has a very unsightly appearance due to the edge stitching.

There were disadvantages in that the work had a negative effect on the knitted fabric and the work was complicated. A similar problem also occurred at the edge of a knitted hat with a loop protruding from the surface.

The external appearance of the cap rim 3' was extremely unsightly, and together with the falling of the bristles, this became a factor that significantly reduced the commercial value.

A fatal problem arose in that the parts were clearly visible on the surface, and this became a factor that significantly reduced the commercial value of this type of hat.

The present invention also relates to a knitted hat developed for the purpose of reducing surface irregularities.

Although it can be knitted as a section, since there is no edge stitching, the hair does not fall down at all, and can be knitted while maintaining the long pile and the protruding loops.

ことができた。(Effects) As described above, the present invention eliminates the need for machine stitching by knitting the edge of a knitted hat in the form of a bag in a knitted hat in which the bristles and loops of mohair etc. protrude from the surface to create an appearance effect. It is possible to create the same structure as when edge stitching is performed without performing any stitching, and as a result, the edge of the hat does not have any of the hair falling down due to edge stitching, and has a long-pile mohair style. A special effect was achieved in that the cap edge could be knitted while the cap was held in place or with the loops protruding. Moreover, since no sewing machine is required, the productivity of this type of knitted hat is extremely good, and production efficiency can be greatly increased.

The surface of the brim of the knitted knit hat does not reduce the commercial value due to falling hair, and can be provided as a product with long pile or loops that protrude and have an excellent external appearance. It had a unique effect.

A special effect was obtained that made the effect even better.

It is knitted by repeating at least one bag-like basic knitting structure in a certain shape, and the bag is terminated at the boundary between the cap body 2 and the cap edge 3.

In addition, the hair is not sewn in by edge stitching as in the past, and the entire structure maintains a long-pile mohair style, and compared to the case where edge stitching is performed, it can be used even when the fabric is thick. As shown in Fig. 1, the unevenness does not appear noticeably on the surface.

In the 4th course of E, perform jersey knitting on each front needle and repeat twice, then in the 5th course of E,
By performing rubber knitting to close this jersey bag-knitted structure, a bag-like basic knitted structure is obtained. However, in this example, the jersey bag knitting is repeated twice, but the number of courses is not critical as it may be repeated twice or more or once. In addition, it is not limited to the case where jersey knitting is performed regularly on the rear needle and front needle as in the above embodiment, but it can also be used as a modified jersey knitting irregularly, for example, with the rear needle twice in a row and the front needle once. In addition to this, you are free to choose needles such as jiya guard, plain pattern, reduced stitch, and transition stitch in the course.

It can be knitted continuously in a pattern or in an irregular shape, or even by a combination of the basic knitting structure and a knitting structure other than the basic knitting structure (for example, jiaguard or lace knitting), as shown in Figure B. It is also possible to knit the hat edge 3. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the entire cap edge is continuously knitted using the basic knitting structure, but in addition, the cap edge 3

In knit hats knitted with fiber yarns with surface effects such as nets and bouclés, by knitting the cap edge 3 in a bag shape, it is possible to prevent piles and loops from falling due to sewing, as well as noticeable unevenness on the surface. The purpose is to prevent this, retain the piles and loops on the surface of the cap edge 3, and reduce the degree of unevenness. The key point is that by knitting in this way, the edge of the knitted hat, which has a surface effect, is not required to be stitched by a sewing machine.
