る。 Various metal decorative boards have been used in the past, and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. For example, printed steel plates have excellent corrosion resistance and durability, but are often printed in one or two colors at most, and the color tone is based on enamel colors that completely hide the metal surface. Because it is so traditional, it has to be limited in terms of design. Regarding the printing method, the gravure offset printing method is common, but this method transfers the ink to a rubber roll and then prints on the steel plate, so the clarity is poor and the number of colors printed is 2 to 3. Color is the limit. On the other hand, regarding the so-called laminated PVC steel plate, in which a decorative sheet, which has been gravure printed on a PVC film or the like, is attached to the steel plate using an adhesive.
Although the printing effect is excellent, the metallic luster and three-dimensional effect are not satisfactory. The present invention
Taking these points into consideration, the present invention provides a metal decorative board that has an elaborate printing effect and a three-dimensional effect, and furthermore has a metallic luster in some parts and has a high design effect. Next, the method of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

After application, a screen ink film 2 is formed by printing in an arbitrary pattern by screen printing using a known concealing screen ink. Next, a transparent coating film 3 is formed on the entire surface of the metal plate by any coating method, and then a transfer paper on which an arbitrary pattern is printed with an ink composition containing a sublimable disperse dye is coated with the ink surface of the transparent coating film 3. The whole is placed in a plane press and heated and pressurized to cause the dye to sublimate and transfer into the transparent coating film, causing color development at the same time. In this case, suitable transparent coatings include polyester resins, acrylic resins, urethane resins, and modified resins thereof. Further, the transfer paper may be any paper or plastic film on which a pattern is formed using printing methods such as gravure, silk, or letterpress using ordinary sublimable dyes as a main ingredient. Furthermore, if it is desired to improve the releasability of the transfer paper after transfer due to the relationship between the transfer temperature and the heat resistance of the metal surface paint, it is preferable to top-coat the transfer paper with a release agent such as silicone in advance.

If the product does not require high physical properties, this protective coating may be omitted.

きる。 In addition, as shown in Figure 2, it protects the metal surface, ensures the adhesion of the entire coating, adjusts the base color, and serves as a coloring medium for dyes in the transfer process.
A transparent or colored transparent undercoating film 5 can also be provided on the surface of the metal plate before forming the screen ink film. Polyester resins, acrylic resins, urethane resins, epoxy resins, and modified resins of these resins can be used as materials for the coating film, but in practice, it is necessary to find a performance that is balanced for the above objectives for each individual board. It is necessary to select one that has the following. Furthermore, the structure of the coating film may be two-layered if necessary, and in this case, a baking method of two coats, one bake, or two coats, two bakes can be arbitrarily selected.

Only on the upper part of the capsule and surrounding area,
A similar result can be obtained by applying a transparent paint by screen printing or the like. In this case, the underlying transparent coating is exposed in areas where the transparent coating was not applied by screen printing.
In the subsequent transfer step, transfer is performed on both the screen-printed transparent coating and the exposed base transparent coating.

The effect obtained is essentially the same. In other words, the dye-printed pattern transfers into the transparent coating film and develops color, resulting in a transparent and bright color tone overall, but in the areas covered by the opaque screen ink film, the transparency is weakened and at the same time the underlying color is On the other hand, in the areas where screen ink is not applied, the metallic luster of the base further increases the transparency and sharpness of the image, so these two Differences in color tone and light reflectance on the street surface are noticeable, and a metal decorative board with a rich variety of unprecedented high decorative properties can be obtained.

Next, a transparent thermosetting polyester resin paint was applied to the entire surface of the aluminum plate to a dry film thickness of 7 μm, and dried at 250° C. for 2 minutes to form a base transparent paint film. Next, using a 150-mesh screen plate, a lattice-like pattern was printed with epoxy resin-based white screen ink and allowed to dry. The thickness of the ink film was approximately 10 microns, and the metallic luster of the aluminum base to which the ink had adhered was completely hidden. Next, a transparent thermosetting polyester resin paint was applied to the entire surface to a dry film thickness of 10μ, and then 250μ
It was dried at ℃ for 2 minutes to form a transparent coating. Next, a transfer paper with a fabric pattern printed on it using ink containing disperse dyes was placed with the printed side facing the surface of the aluminum plate, and the paper was placed in a flat press machine at 200°C.
It was heated for 1 minute at a pressure of 2 kg/cm 2 to transfer the dye in the ink film of the transfer paper into the transparent coating film and develop color. Next, a transparent two-component acrylic urethane resin paint was applied to the entire surface with a dry coating thickness of 10μ, and dried at 80°C for 20 minutes. The obtained aluminum decorative board has areas where screen ink has adhered,
Since the metallic luster of the base is hidden, it becomes a substantial expression of the original fabric pattern, while in other areas, the metallic luster of the underlying aluminum plate creates a very deep and vivid color tone, making the overall As a result, a highly decorative aluminum decorative board with a wide variety of uses was obtained.

板の製造方法。[Scope of Claims] 1. A first step of partially forming a concealing ink film by screen printing on the surface of a metal plate having metallic luster, which has been pretreated as necessary by degreasing, washing with water, chemical conversion treatment, etc. The second step is to form a transparent coating over the entire surface of the metal plate, in which a transfer paper with a pattern printed with an ink composition containing a disperse dye is placed on top of it and heated and pressed to bring it into close contact with the surface of the transfer paper. A method for producing a metal decorative board, comprising a third step of sublimating or transferring the dye into the transparent coating film to develop color. 2. The method for producing a decorative metal board according to claim 1, characterized in that a transparent or colored transparent undercoating film is provided on the surface of the metal plate before forming the concealing ink film by screen printing. 3. By providing a transparent coating only on the top of the concealing ink film provided by screen printing, or only on the top of the ink film and the surrounding area,
3. The method of manufacturing a decorative metal board according to claim 2, wherein the dye is sublimated or transferred to both the transparent coating film and the base coating film to develop color. 4. Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the surface of the metal plate is previously subjected to physical surface processing such as hairline polishing or milling processing.
A method for producing a metal decorative board as described in Section 1. 5. A method for manufacturing a metal decorative board according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a transparent protective coating is provided on the surface.
