合を予め記憶させた記憶手段と、検出車速と目標
車速とから求めた制御偏差に基づいて検出車速を
目標車速に近づけるようスロツトル弁操作量を演
算する演算手段と、検出車速と目標車速との偏差
が所定値以下である定速安定状態か否かを判定す
る判定手段と、該判定手段が定速安定状態と判定
したときスロツトル弁操作量を所定の許容値以下
に制限する制限手段と、前記許容値を検出された
スロツトル弁開度と機関回転数に基づいて前記記
憶手段から読出された機関トルク変化割合及び検
出された変速比に応じて設定する許容値設定手段
と、スロツトル弁操作量に基づいてスロツトル弁
を駆動する駆動手段とを備えたことを特徴とする
