形装置の要部を示す斜視図、第２図は同装置の要
部を示す部分断面図、第３図は従来の食品用押出
し成形装置の一例を示す正面図である。 図中、２１は押出し成形装置、２２は筒状ノズ
ル、２３は流体導入管、２５は回転筒、２７はモ
ータ、２９は駆動ベルト、３０は導入孔、３１は
環状の空間、３２は固定筒、３４は導入部、３５
は吐出口、Ａは白身の魚肉すり身、Ｂは熱湯、Ｃ
は赤身の魚肉すり身である。

Claims (1)
- 食品素材を押出す押出しノズルの先端部に回転
筒を装着し、この回転筒の外周部に別の食品素材
が導入される導入孔を形成し、この導入孔を覆つ
て環状の空間を形成する固定筒を装着し、この固
定筒の上記環状空間に別の食品素材を導入する導
入部を設けたことを特徴とする食品用押出し成形
装置。
