に、しかも前後に揺動自在に設けて、色付け焼釜
群を通過した後の煎餅を模様付け焼成煎餅とする
押し型による煎餅の模様焼付け装置に関する。

餅生地の表面に適宜の模様を焼捺した後、色付け
焼釜群に移送して各色付け焼釜3,4,5,6
と間隔dの空冷とによつて所謂ぶく等を生じない
よう均一に色付け焼きして移送し、焼き模様付き
煎餅を一貫生産できるようにしたものであるが、
その焼印付け作用は、第6図イ,ロ,ハ,ニに示
すように押し型箱状体Aが、エンドレス金網7上
の煎餅sの進行位置に合せて、最初の降下位置イ
から順次ロ,ハ,ニのようにエンドレス金網の搬
送力によつて移動する煎餅生地に圧接して揺動さ
れて第7図ロ,ハ,ニに示すように図形模様等を
煎餅の表面に完全に焼き付けて多数列一度に完成
させることができるものである。
