記操作駆動部より突出された制御棒により回動さ
れる回転盤と、前記回転盤に形成した案内溝内に
嵌挿されこの回転盤の回転を前記駆動部材に伝達
するように前記駆動部材より突出した突起とを有
し、前記回転盤と前記固定盤とは、前記制御棒の
所定の回動角に応じて相互に乗り上げ前記回転盤
と固定盤とを近接離間して前記突起と案内溝との
係合離脱を行なわしめる円弧状フランジをそれぞ
れ有し、かつこの回転盤を前記固定盤にばねによ
り圧接するようにしたクラツチ部を構成したこと
