体流入口の一次側に連通し且つ前記弁体を閉弁付
勢させる圧力室を前記弁体の一次側に設けて成る

一側面に渦巻き状の螺旋溝が形成された板状部材
と、該板状部材の螺旋溝を蓋して螺旋流路を形成
する蓋部材とで構成し、前記螺旋流路により前記
流体流入口の一次側を前記圧力室に連通させてあ
