の揺動速度の変化による供給タイミング（塗布位
置）の変化を示す略図である。第７図は揺動に代
えて、間欠回動、連続回転させた場合における供
給量、供給タイミングの変化を示す略図である。

Claims (1)
- 円筒体の周面に弁溝２１を形成してなる円筒弁
体２と、前記円筒弁体２を密封状態で回転自在に
支持するとともに円筒弁体２の弁溝２１と連通可
能な位置に開口した入口ポート１１、出口ポート
１２および戻りポート１３を有する弁ハウジング
１とを有する加圧流体路のロータリーバルブにお
いて、円筒弁体２の両端面より突出させた軸２２
，２３を軸受２４，２５を介して弁ハウジング１
に回動自在に支持するとともに、軸受２４，２５
と弁ハウジング１との間にゴムリング２６，２７
を介装したことを特徴とする、加圧流体路のロー
タリーバルブ。
