Claims (1)
- 熱天秤において試料セル下方に一端を開口し、
他端をガス供給管に接続したコイル状にまかれた
パイプ（熱交換器）を取り付け、赤外線加熱炉の
熱を利用し熱交換器で雰囲気ガスを効率良く昇温
せしめ、試料の温度と雰囲気ガスとの温度の差を
なくすることを特徴とする熱天秤用試料セル。
