Claims (1)
- 薄肉の板状物及びフイルム状物の厚み寸法を非
接触方式で測定するに際し、厚み測定センサの中
心軸線上で被測定物をはさんで該センサに対向す
る位置、または厚み測定センサの中心軸に平行で
あり且つ測定厚みセンサの中心軸から半径１００
mm以内に圧縮空気を噴出させるための孔径０．１
〜５mmのノズル孔を備えており該ノズル孔に対し
面積が５〜５０倍のフラツトである周縁部を有す
る空気噴出ノズルを具備したことを特徴とする非
接触型厚み測定器。
