混入を防止するための空気処断手段とが設けられ

れている気体を脱気するための脱気装置を設け、
この脱気装置には上記気体の分離手段と脱気時に
脱気状態を維持できる様に上記洗浄液への気体の
混入を防止するための空気処断手段とが設けられ
