(考案の構成) 本考案は下方部をパイプ保持部とした門型の本

螺合させ、さらに、該押ねじの下端にはパイプの
端縁を内側から拡げるつば出し部とつば出しされ
た端縁を上面から押圧するフレア部とを設けたフ
レア部材を枢着したことを特徴とするものであ
る。

張設され、また、パイプ保持部2には門型の本体
1の下端を結ぶ固定腕4と、該固定腕4の一端に
ピン5をもつて開閉自在に枢着された揺動腕6と
が設けられている。固定腕4及び揺動腕6は内側
にパイプ50を保持する円弧状の切欠部7,7′
を有し、また、揺動腕6の他端には揺動腕6の先
端を固定腕4に向つて締付けるための締付部材と
して蝶ボルト9が装着されていてパイプ50をこ
れらの切欠部7,7′内に嵌入させたうえ蝶ボル
ト9を締付ければ、パイプ50は本体1の下方部
のパイプ保持部2に強固に保持されるようになつ
ている。さらに、本体1の頂部中央には上端にハ
ンドル10を備えた押ねじ11が回動自在に設け
られている。また、押ねじ11の上方部には環状
の凹溝12が形成され、本体1には該凹溝12に
嵌入するピン13が突設されているので、押ねじ
11は回動自在であるが上下方向に移動すること
はない。そして、この押ねじ11の下半部に形成
されたねじ部14にはナツト15が螺合されてお
り、該ナツト15は門型の本体1の内側の上半部
分にのみ形成された回転防止用のキイ16と係合
するキイ溝17を有しており、押ねじ11を回転

が、一定位置まで下降すると回転防止用のキイ1
6との係合が外れるのでそれ以上は下降すること
がなく、その場で押ねじ11とともに空転するの
みとなる。なお、本体1の内側の回転防止用のキ
イ16の下方にはナツト15のキイ溝17と弾性
的に係合するスプリングピン18が設けられてい
る。さらに、押ねじ11の下端には水平ピン19
をもつてフレア部材20が枢着されており、該フ
レア部材20はその上方の突起21をナツト15
の下面に押圧されてナツト15の昇降動につれ
て、水平ピン19を中心として上下に傾動するこ
ととなる。フレア部材20の下面には第6図に示
すように傾斜状態においてパイプ50の端縁内に
挿入され、フレア部材20が次第に水平に向かう
よう傾動されたとき該端縁を内側から拡げる円弧
状のつば出し部23と、つば出しされた端縁を上
面からさらに押圧して平面状とする直線状のフレ
ア部24とが水平ピン19を挾んで左右両側に設
けられている。なお、22はフレア部材20を水
平状態から傾斜状態へ復帰させるためにナツト1
5内に埋設されてフレア部材20の上部突出部2

てつば出しを行ない、さらに、ナツト15を下降
させるとフレア部材20のフレア部24がつば出
しされたパイプ50の端縁を第6図の左側のよう
に上面から押圧して平面状に成形する。なお、前
述したように回転防止用のキイ16を本体1の内
側の上半部分にのみ形成しておけば、フレア部材
20が水平位置まで傾動されたときにはナツト1
5と回転防止用のキイ16との係合が外れ、ナツ
ト15は同一位置まで空転して下降を停止するか
らフレア部材20は同一位置で回転してパイプ5
