断面コ字状に形成されたベース片に一対の挟持片
がその先端部をベース片の開口辺側から前方に突
出する態様において開閉可能となるように枢着さ
れると共に、該挟持片をその先端部間で鋼管等の
第２ワークを挟持すべく閉方向に付勢する付勢手
段が具備される一方、前記ベース片の中央辺部に
ねじ孔が形成され、該ねじ孔に、回転操作部を具
備する締結操作用ボルトが螺合され、この締結操
作用ボルトの先端部に、前記ベース片内に配置さ
れる第１ワークの外周部を第２ワーク側に押す作
用部が設けられてなることを特徴とする締結用金
