Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂を主体と
するプリフオームの二軸延伸ブロー成形により形
成された底部、胴部、肩部及び首部を備えたプラ
スチツクびんにおいて、 ８５°Ｃにおける引張降伏強度が５０Kg／cm2
以上の熱可塑性プラスチツクから成る首部外周の
ネジ形成インサートノズルと、該インサートノズ
ルを外周にインサートした状態でポリエチレンテ
レフタレートを射出することにより形成された本
体とで首部が形成され、該インサートノズルと本
体とは、首部径外方に延びていて外方に末広りと
なる逆テーパ面を介して回転不能に係合されてい
ることを特徴とする密栓性に優れたプラスチツク
びん。 (2) 逆テーパ面による係合部が首部のネジより
も下方に設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のプラスチツクびん。 (3) 該インサートノズルにはその内面にネジ位
置合せ用ラチエツトが設けられている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のプラスチツクびん。
