Dust pollution, which scrapes roads free of snow and ice, was a major problem. Furthermore, with only shape memory alloy spiked tires, it was not possible to move the spikes in and out when moving from a snowy or icy road surface to a normal road surface due to the relationship between the road surface temperature and the tire temperature.

本的な実施態様を図面と共に説明する。The present invention was devised to solve these shortcomings, and the basic principle is that a spike made of a shape memory alloy is connected to electric heat energy such as a car heater, infrared rays, laser, etc., or explosion heat of an engine and its heat. This method controls the insertion and removal of spikes by freely applying mechanical thermal energy using exhaust heat, etc. This allows the spikes to be emitted on snowy or icy roads to prevent tires from slipping, and to prevent snow and ice-free roads. The system heats the spikes and draws them into the tire, preventing damage caused by spikes on the road and improving the ride comfort of the car. Of course, the spikes may be deformed by applying heat, either by expanding or contracting by heating, and the shape and method of deformation may be arbitrary. Next, a basic embodiment applying this principle will be described with reference to the drawings.

A heater 3 is provided at the front of the tire house 1, which is not influenced by the vertical movement of the tire and is not susceptible to dirt, and an operation switch 5 for the heater 3 is provided at the driver's seat, and the heater 3 is energized by the switch 5 to heat the spikes 4. It is deformed and stored in the tire 2.

In addition, as an electric heat source, there are a method of installing a laser generator, a method of irradiating the spike 4 part of each tire 2 with a laser beam using an optical fiber cable, a method of providing an infrared lamp or an infrared generator, a method of installing a laser beam on the spike part of each tire 2, a method of installing an infrared lamp or an infrared generator, Various heating methods such as a heating method using electromagnetic waves using moisture can also be freely used. Further, the combination of these and a fan can be arbitrary, and the quantity, shape, structure, mounting method, etc. of each of the above devices can be arbitrary.

This is an exhaust gas heating device that controls the loading and unloading of spikes 4. 11 is an exhaust gas purification device, 12 is a conventional exhaust pipe,
This end is divided into a tube 13 and left and right tubes 10. A pipe 10 is arranged in front of each tire housing 1 and has an air outlet 15. A valve 14 is provided at the intersection of the exhaust pipes 12 and 13 and has a structure that can be opened and closed from the driver's seat. According to this device, when you want to heat and deform the spike 4, you can switch from the driver's seat to the υ valve 14.
The pipe 13 is closed, the exhaust gas is introduced into the pipe 10, and the exhaust gas is blown onto the spike 4 through the outlet 15, thereby heating the spike 4. When the spike 4 is not heated, the valve 14 is opened, the pipe 10 is closed, and the exhaust gas is allowed to flow into the pipe 13, resulting in a normal exhaust method. Since this method uses the heat of the engine itself, it can be easily, inexpensively, and efficiently controlled without using other heating methods. In addition to this, it is also possible to use other heating methods such as heating the air by heating the engine and blowing it out to the spikes, or using a fan. Furthermore, the above method is a basic one, and the pipe 10 may be installed directly from the engine section to the tire house section. , the operation method, etc. are arbitrary.

The basic structure is that a heater 16 is provided inside the tire 2, and the heater 16 is connected to a power source 19 and a switch 20 of the vehicle through a cord 21. This operation turns off the heater 16 on snowy or icy roads to bring out the spikes 4 to prevent the tires from slipping, and on roads without snow or ice, turns on the heater 16 using the switch 20 to heat the spikes 4 and tire the tires. Store it inside 2. With this method, spikes can be controlled efficiently because there is a heater inside the tire. The heater installed on the tire may be installed on the outside or inside of the tire, and there are many ways to connect the power source and the vehicle body depending on the type of car and suspension. The type, shape, and structure of these heaters are arbitrary. be.
