Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 水平方向に延びる案内路を有するベツドと、上記案
内路に沿つて往復自在に上記ベツドに取付けられたテー
ブルと、上記テーブル上に着脱自在なレール取付用パレ
ツトと、該パレツトの交換をおこなう自動パレツト交換
装置と、上記案内路の上方に配設され上記水平方向に対
して垂直な第2水平方向に延びる第1案内路および第2
案内路を有する横けたと、上記第1案内路に沿つて往復
自在に取付けられ、上下方向に往復自在かつ水平方向軸
のまわりに旋回自在であり、上下方向に延びる主軸を有
する第1主軸頭と、上記第2案内路に沿つて往復自在に
取付けられ、上下方向に往復自在かつ水平方向軸および
上下方向軸のまわりに旋回自在であり、上下方向に延び
る主軸を有する第2主軸頭と、上記第1主軸頭の主軸へ
の工具の着脱をおこなう自動工具交換装置と、上記第2
主軸頭の主軸へのアングルヘツド工具の着脱をおこなう
自動アタツチメント交換装置とをそなえて成り、上記構
成各部をNC制御により駆動するようにしたレール加工
機械。 2 第1案内路には第1主軸頭が2基、第2案内路には
第2主軸頭が2基、それぞれ取付けられている特許請求
の範囲第1項記載のレール加工機械。
[Scope of Claims] 1. A bed having a guide path extending in the horizontal direction, a table attached to the bed so as to be able to reciprocate along the guide path, a rail mounting pallet that is detachably attached to the table; an automatic pallet exchange device for exchanging pallets; a first guide path disposed above the guide path and extending in a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction;
a first spindle head that is reciprocably attached to a horizontal shaft having a guideway and reciprocally along the first guideway, is reciprocable in the vertical direction and pivotable around a horizontal axis, and has a main shaft that extends in the vertical direction; and a second spindle head that is reciprocably mounted along the second guide path, is reciprocable in the vertical direction, is pivotable around a horizontal axis and a vertical axis, and has a main axis that extends in the vertical direction; an automatic tool changer for attaching and detaching a tool to the spindle of the first spindle head;
A rail processing machine comprising an automatic attachment exchange device for attaching and detaching an angle head tool to and from a spindle head, and in which each of the above components is driven by NC control. 2. The rail processing machine according to claim 1, wherein two first spindle heads are attached to the first guide path, and two second spindle heads are attached to the second guide path.
