The support tool 10 configured as described above is assembled in the following manner. That is, each projection 33 of the step stool 30 is fitted into each engagement hole 51 of the stopper 50. As a result, the step stool 30 will be attached to the support stand 20 side, but this step stool 30 will be attached to the support stand 20 side.
As shown in the figure, only rocking is possible in which the arcuate surface 35 of each protrusion 33 is in sliding contact with the curved surface 52 of the engagement hole 51 about the fulcrum 34 of each protrusion 33 . Therefore, the support base 2
0 and the step 30 does not require a hinge or the like, but it is preferable that each engagement hole 51 of the stopper 50 is formed slightly smaller than each protrusion 33 of the step 30. Further, an angle adjustment member 40 is inserted between the step stool 30 and the support base 20 assembled in this way. In this case, the protrusion 41 of the angle adjustment member 40 is fitted into the guide groove 23 of the base 20, and each of its teeth 42 is meshed with an arbitrary position of the tooth 22 of the base 20. After that, the top portion 4 of this angle adjustment member 40 is

To perform stretching exercises using the auxiliary device 10, as shown in FIG.
If the person performing the gymnastics steps on the step stool 30 and performs forward bending or lateral bending movements as shown in the figure, it is possible not only to massage the tendons and calf muscles in particular, but also to fully stretch the back muscles. You can massage and loosen muscles throughout your body. At this time, if the semicylindrical member 60 is fitted into the vertical guide groove 31 of the step stool 30, when a person steps on the step stool 30, his or her feet will be shaped like a semicylindrical shape as shown in FIG. They will naturally lie parallel to each other along member 60. In this way, if the position of the feet is always parallel, the effect of stretching exercises will not change depending on the person, and the effect is that the feet can always be placed in the correct or appropriate position for stretching exercises. . Therefore, this semicylindrical member 60
can make stretching exercises more effective by always guiding the feet of the person doing stretching exercises to the appropriate position without being conscious of them. Furthermore, if this semicylindrical member 60 is fitted into the guide groove 32 on the side of the step stool 30, and a person performing stretching exercises places his or her feet on this semicylindrical member 60 (see Fig. 6), Since you will be bending your toes, you will be able to fully stretch your Achilles tendon.
This not only makes it possible to diversify stretching exercises, but also further enhances the effectiveness of the exercises.
Furthermore, by moving the angle adjustment member 40 back and forth, the angle of the step stool 30 can be changed arbitrarily, and gymnastics tailored to the person can be performed. That is, for people with flexible bodies, the effect of stretching the Achilles tendon etc. will not be enhanced unless the step stool 30 is set at a fairly steep slope; on the other hand, for people with stiff bodies, a steep slope should be used. This is because unreasonable force will be applied to the Achilles tendon, etc., and it is necessary to adapt the stretching exercises to the condition of the person performing the stretching exercises.
Also, considering the case where the same person uses this auxiliary device 10, the starting point of the exercise is the step stool 3 with a gentle slope.
This is because it is more effective to use the steeply sloped step stool 30 to further stretch the body after the body has gotten used to it and the muscles have loosened up to a certain extent in order to increase the effectiveness of the stretching exercises. In addition, support stand 2
If a scale corresponding to the angle of the step stool 30 is attached near the tooth portion 22 of 0, the angle of the step stool 30 can be immediately determined from the position of the angle adjustment member 40, and the strength of the stretching exercise (the angle of the step stool 30 is large You can select at a glance whether it is a high-intensity exercise or not.

In addition, in this embodiment, since the recesses 21 and 36 are formed in the support stand 20 and the step stool 30, when the auxiliary tool 10 is not used, the angle adjustment member 40
is stored in the recess 21 of the support stand 20, and then the step stool 3
0 is brought into close contact with the support base 20, the angle adjustment member 4
0 is accommodated in both recesses 21 and 36. Therefore,
This auxiliary tool 10 can be packed compactly when not in use, and does not take up much space. Furthermore, in the present invention, since the cushioning member 53 is attached to the upper front surface of the stopper 50, it goes without saying that a person's heel will come into contact with it during gymnastics for positioning, and the heel will not hurt when it comes into contact with it. Even if the heel moves up and down a little during exercise, it will not cause any scratches or the like.

Incidentally, the semicylindrical member 60 in the present invention
has a large number of small protrusions 63 to 63 on its upper surface, so it goes without saying that during the stretching exercises shown in FIG. 60, these small protrusions 63 to 63 stimulate the soles of the feet, especially the arches, and improve blood circulation.
It is also possible to achieve an effect equal to or greater than that of so-called green bamboo stomping.
