したときにオフ制御される第2の半導体制御素子
を備えた負荷短絡検出回路と、前記第2の半導体
制御素子がオフ制御されたとき前記制御用電源か
ら前記第1の半導体制御素子へ制御信号が供給さ
れるのを阻止する第3の半導体制御素子を備えた
スイツチ回路とを設けたことを特徴とする負荷短
