Claims (1)
- 入力電流に比例した電磁力とスプリングの付勢
力とでプランジヤを移動させることにより動作す
るスプールによつて流体通路の開口面積を、前記
入力電流に応じて連続的に開閉制御するようにし
た電磁比例制御弁において、前記スプールが非磁
性体で形成されていることを特徴とする電磁比例
制御弁。
