Claims (1)
- 入力電流に比例した電磁力とスプリングの付勢
力とでプランジヤを移動させることによりボデイ
に挿入されたスリーブ内にて動作するスプールに
よつて流体通路の開口面積を、前記入力電流に応
じて連続的に開閉制御するようにした電磁比例制
御弁において、前記スリーブを前記ボデイにすき
まばめし、前記スリーブ両端外周部にＯリングを
装着したことを特徴とする電磁比例制御弁。
