Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ フイルター手段を有する内容器と少なくとも
    １個の出口開口部を有する外容器とを備え、この
    外容器に取付けた内容器及び外容器は水平断面に
    おいて矩形状としたコーヒー、紅茶等用のフイル
    ター装置において、前記内容器に前記出口開口部
    用の閉鎖部材を少なくとも１個備え、前記内容器
    は外容器内で傾斜でき、前記閉鎖部材が関連した
    出口開口部を開閉するよう前記内容器を外容器内
    で傾斜移動させる作動機構を備えたことを特徴と
    するコーヒー、紅茶等用のフイルター装置。 ２ 前記内容器の外壁面に外方に突出する少なく
    とも２個の突出部を設け、この突出部を前記外容
    器内に設けた内棚部に係合させたことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフイルタ
    ー装置。 ３ 前記作動機構は摺動部を備え、この摺動部は
    外容器の内側で水平に移動することができると共
    に、異なる高さに位置する２個の水平部及び傾斜
    した１個の中間傾斜部を備えた溝部を形成し、前
    記内容器に設けられた突起部を前記溝部内に係合
    させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項又は第２項記載のフイルター装置。 ４ 前記閉鎖部材が出口開口部を閉鎖する位置と
    前記出口開口部が自由となる他の位置で前記外容
    器に対して前記内容器を係止するための係止手段
    を備えたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第３項記載のフイルター装置。 ５ 前記係止手段は摺動部上に弾性部を備え、こ
    の弾性部に垂直リブを支持する外容器の縁部と協
    働することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第４項記載のフイルター装置。
