た軸受によって軸受支持体に軸承されている。この構造
は軸受を支持する減速機箱と軸受支持体が分離してベー
ス上に取付けられているため、入力軸と出力軸の平行度
は、軸受支持体の取付位置に左右され、特に歯車歯当り
に影響し歯車騒音の原因となる。従って、軸受支持体を
移動調整するのに上下方向の調整は軸受支持体の下部に
ライナーを入れ左右方向は調整ボルトにより軸受支持体
全体を動かし調整していた。この構造は軸受支持体全体
を移動し調整するため、上下方向の調整、左右方向の調
整に基本部分を移動して行うため調整作業に多くの時間

以下本発明の一実施例を第1図〜第5図により説明する
。第1図はエレベータ−を正面から見た図であり昇降路
1の上に設けられた機械室2の床には巻上記3が防振ご
む4により支持され、巻上機の鋼車5とそらせ車6に主
索7が巻掛けられ、主索7の一端は乗かと8に、他端は
つり合いおもり9に固定されている。ベース10上に固
定された減速機箱20の片側には電動機11をフランジ
で嵌合固定し反対側には鋼車5とこの鋼車の吊り芯より
反減速機側に出力軸14を支持する軸受支持体13を設
けてこれにブレーキ12が取付けられている。出力軸1
4の減速機側の支持は軸受15をエンドブラケット16
を押え蓋17で固定し、減速機箱の開口部に嵌合支持さ
れている。さらに出力軸14の軸端には入力軸側の小歯
車18とかみ合う大歯車19が設けられ入力軸かに動力
を伝達している。軸受支持体13側には軸受15とこの
軸受を固定する軸受箱21を配置し、軸受支持体13と
軸受箱21間には第4図に示すよう入力軸は出力軸の平
行誤差を吸収できるだけのすきまδを設けである。また
上下方向a1左右方向a2に軸受箱を調整するため、軸
受支持体13側及び軸受節21のいずれか一方の下面及
び側面に勾配を持った溝27を設けこの間に模22が軸
方向に抜差可能に介在し、軸受箱21のフランジ部から
ボルト23で軸方向に移動調整できるようになっている
。軸受箱21は調整後軸受支持体に固定具24で固定さ
れる。第4図と第5図では楔22が2ケ所になっている
が対称位置に4ケ所設けて調整してもよい。第6図、第
7図は他の実施例を示すもので軸受支持体13と軸受箱
21を角型面として楔22を4隅から挿入して調整して
も同様の効果となる。
