Description
第１図は、この考案の一実施例によるクリーン
ルームの断面図、第２図はこの考案の一実施例に
よるクリーンルームの機能を示すブロツク図、第
３図は従来のクリーンルームの機能を示すブロツ
ク図である。 図において、１はクリーンルーム、２は第１の
扉スイツチ、３は第１の扉、４は第１の扉開閉器
、５は第１の扉検知器、６は第２の扉スイツチ、
７は第２の扉、８は第２の扉開閉器、９は第２の
扉検知器、１０は制御器、１１は警報器である。
なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示
す。

Claims (1)
- その内部が外気と遮断された第１の部屋と、こ
の第１の部屋に隣接し、所定の温度・湿度・およ
び清浄度に調整されている第２の部屋とで構成さ
れているクリーンルームにおいて、外気と上記第
１の部屋とを仕切る第１の扉と、この第１の扉を
開閉する第１の扉開閉器と、第１の扉の開放を検
知する第１の扉検知器と、第１の部屋と上記第２
の部屋とを仕切る第２の扉と、この第２の扉を開
閉する第２の扉開閉器と、第２の扉の開放を検知
する第２の扉検知器と、第１の扉検知器からの信
号により第２の扉開閉器の動作を抑制し、また第
２の扉検知器からの信号により第１の扉開閉器の
動作を抑制するように作用する制御器とを備えた
ことを特徴とするクリーンルーム。
