Claims (1)
- その内部が外気と遮断された第１の部屋と、こ
の第１の部屋に隣接し、所定の温度・湿度・清浄
度に調整されている第２の部屋とで構成されてい
るクリーンルームにおいて、外気と上記第１の部
屋とを仕切る第１の扉と、この第１の扉を開閉す
る第１の扉開閉器と、第１の扉の開放を検知する
第１の扉検知器と、第１の部屋と上記第２の部屋
とを仕切る第２の扉と、この第２の扉を開閉する
第２の扉開閉器と、第２の扉の開放を検知する第
２の扉検知器と、第１の扉検知器からの信号によ
り第２の扉開閉器の動作を抑制する第２の扉抑制
器と、第２の扉検知器からの信号により第１の扉
開閉器の動作を抑制する第１の扉抑制器とを備え
たことを特徴とするクリーンルーム。
