可能であるが、受付電話回線数と応対者を増すことは受
付業者の経済的負担を増すことになるため、大きな効果
は期待できない状況にあった。

発呼があった場合に、先に記録した発信加入者番号、許
容時間との照合を行い条件が合致した場合に当該呼を予
約受付電話に接続することを特徴とする電話予約受付処
理方式によって達成される。
