記のエクストルダーによる合成樹脂コーテイング
作業時の加熱によつて僅かに伸延したスライバー
の捲縮状態を旧状に戻してその長さを僅かに収縮
させ、同スライバーの端面が上記の寸断された合
成樹脂パイプによつて形成されるインキタンク本
体の端面より僅かに凹陥させた状態とすることを
要旨とするものである。

脂をコーテイングして内部に捲縮スライバーを填
入した長尺の軟質合成樹脂パイプを構成し、これ
を所要の長さに寸断して常温のもとに長時間放置
しておくことにより上記のエクストルダーによる
合成樹脂コーテイング作業時の加熱によつて僅か
に伸延したスライバーの捲縮状態を旧状に戻して
その長さを僅かに収縮させ、同スライバーの端面
が上記の寸断された合成樹脂パイプによつて形成
されるインキタンク本体の端面より僅かに凹陥さ
せた状態とするようにしたのでスライバーの両端
をインキタンク本体の開口縁より凹陥せしめた形
状を極めて簡単に構成し得る効果がある。
