記芯用保持体3のペン孔10にペン先11を圧入
して同ペン先11の内端を中綿1の先端に突き刺
すと共に中綿1に所要のインキを吸湿させ且つパ
イプ2の尾端に尾栓12を嵌着したものであり、

部(逆向段部)8′を設けこれに絞り縁9を係止

を確実に防止し得るものであつて、これによつて
