【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はサインペン等のインキ吸蔵体を有する
筆記具の軸筒の内部構造の改良に関するものであ
る。

場合その衝撃力が弱い場合は従来の構造に依るス
トツパーの保持力により支障は無いがその衝撃力
が大きくなると中綿が外皮からずれて中綿の外周
部の空間とペン芯が中綿に接続する空間との空気
孔を塞いでしまいインキの吹き出しが起こる欠点
があつた。この中綿と外皮とのずれは例えば中綿
がPET繊維で外皮がチユーブの場合は大きく、
又中綿がPP繊維で外皮がPPチユーブで且つ繊維
とチユーブが接着している場合、及び中綿が
PET繊維又はアセテート繊維で外皮がセロハン
等の各種フイルムの場合は比較的小さいなどその
構造や材質によつて差はあるが、いずれの場合も
強い衝撃時には中綿のずれの発生を防止すること
ができない。本考案は強い衝撃を受けて中綿がず
れた場合でも空気孔が塞がれてインキの吹き出し
が起こることのないように軸筒の構造を改良する
ことを目的とするものである。
