Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 互いに密接状態で同心円状に配列された複
数個の圧電素子を備え、これら複数個の圧電素子
の厚みが内側のものから外側のものにかけて増加
または減少する状態に構成され、かつ個々の圧電
素子の送受波面積が互いに実質上等しく構成され
ている超音波探触子。 (2) 前記複数個の圧電素子は、各々の送受波面
が共通の球面上に位置する部分球面に形成されて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の超音
波探触子。
