To explain the embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings, Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a molded product (resin plate) in which the present invention is adopted;
Figure 2 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along the line shown in Figure 1, and Figure 3 is a vertical cross-sectional view taken along the line shown in Figure 1.
FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing an example of the method for manufacturing the molded product shown in FIG. 4, and FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view of another embodiment. That is, in the present invention, a metal film layer 2 is coated on one side of a transparent synthetic resin layer 1 in which a colored pattern layer 3 consisting of a transparent part 32 and a non-transparent part 31 is enclosed within at least one layer thickness. It is a molded synthetic resin product. 1 and 2 show a press-molded flat plate, in which a colored pattern layer 3 is provided in close proximity to the surface of the synthetic resin layer 1 (the surface opposite to the metal film layer 2).
is further contained. An example of the method for manufacturing this molded product will be explained based on FIG. A photosensitive vinyl chloride resin plate or a plurality of transparent vinyl chloride resin calendar sheets 12 are laminated,
Furthermore, a calendar sheet 13 made of translucent vinyl chloride with a single-color picture pattern P printed on one side is laminated thereon with the picture pattern P facing down, and these are bonded together by thermocompression to form a single body, as shown in FIGS. A molded product as shown in Figure 2 is obtained.
The translucent vinyl chloride resin sheet or resin plate 12, 13 and the translucent polyester resin film 11 are fused together by heat and pressure to form a translucent synthetic resin layer 1, and the above-mentioned picture pattern P is formed. is colored pattern layer 3
As a result, the aluminum vapor-deposited film layer a is encapsulated within the thickness of the resin layer 1 and constituted as the metal film layer 2. Here, the picture pattern P printed on the calendar sheet 13 includes a printed part P 1 and a non-printed part P 2 as appropriate, regardless of whether it is monochrome or multicolor, continuous or non-continuous, and the picture pattern P is made up of both of them. is depicted. Therefore, during the above-mentioned hot pressure molding, the calendar sheet 13 and the resin plate or a plurality of calendar sheets 1
2 forms a uniform layer through this non-printed portion P 2 , and the printed portion P 1 and non-printed portion P 2 become the transparent portion 32 and non-transparent portion 31 of the colored pattern layer 3, respectively. 1st
The picture pattern P of the colored pattern layer 3 in the figure shows a punching pattern, and the so-called punching holes correspond to this non-printing portion P2 . The metal film layer 2 is most preferably an aluminum vapor-deposited film a obtained by a normal vapor deposition method, but various other known methods such as chromium vapor deposition, plating such as chrome plating, and adhesion of metal foil can also be used. Further, if the molded product is a shaped article, there is a risk that the metal film layer 2 may be damaged during molding of the shaped article, so it is desirable to coat it with metal after molding. Since the calender sheets or resin plates 12, 13 and the polyester film 11 forming the synthetic resin layer 1 are required to be integrated by heat fusion, they are made of the same translucent thermoplastic synthetic resin. is most preferable, but it is also possible to use an appropriate combination of resins with good mutual adhesion.Although vinyl chloride resin is shown above, translucent resins such as acrylic resins and polycarbonate can also be used. Synthetic resins having the following are also preferably employed.

In the molded product having the above configuration, one side of the molded product is coated with a metal film layer 2, and the above-mentioned light-transmitting portion 32 and non-light-transmitting portion 31 are mixed on the surface of the transparent synthetic resin layer 1. Since the colored pattern layer 3 is enclosed, when this molded product is viewed externally from the surface, the colored pattern is made up of a non-transparent part 31 and a transparent part 32 due to the mirror effect of the metal film layer 2. The virtual image 3i of the layer 3 is visible on the metal film layer 2 through the transparent part 32, and the pattern media woven by the colored pattern layer 3 and the virtual image 3i creates a unique image. Furthermore, depending on the viewing angle, overlapping and non-overlapping portions of the colored pattern layer 3 and the virtual image 3i appear alternately, creating a so-called moire pattern, and as the viewing position changes, the moire pattern changes and moves accordingly. It exhibits a living-like appearance. Furthermore, the reflection of light due to the mirror effect of the metal film layer 2 and the colored pattern layer 3 and its virtual image 3i combine to create a unique synthetic resin with a three-dimensional effect that has a progressively innovative pattern that has not been found on conventional plywood. Molded products can be obtained.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which another colored pattern layer 3' is enclosed in the immediate vicinity of the metal film layer 2. This molded product can be manufactured in the same manner as described above by using the polyester film 11 or one of the plurality of calendar sheets 12 with a picture pattern P printed on it in the manufacturing method of the above embodiment. Can be done. In this embodiment, in which two color pattern layers 3 and 3' are enclosed within the thickness of the transparent synthetic resin layer 1, in addition to the color pattern layers of the two layers, their virtual images are intricately intertwined. As a result, a unique pattern media different from those of the above-mentioned embodiments appears. Further, by changing the design of the upper and lower pattern layers 3 and 3', changing the direction of the pattern as appropriate, or making the layers different in color, it is possible to create a wider variety of pattern media than in the above embodiments.

Note that if the metal film layer 2 is a half-deposited aluminum layer or a large number of slits are formed to create a mirror effect similar to a so-called half mirror, objects behind the molded product can be seen through the metal film layer 2. It can be clearly seen through, and together with the patterned media, a different atmosphere can be obtained. In addition, the transparent synthetic resin layer 1 can be colored with pigments or dyes while maintaining its transparency.For example, if it is colored yellow, the metal will appear silver when viewed from the surface. The membrane layer 2 is visually perceived as gold, giving it a luxurious feel in addition to the above-mentioned unique pattern medium, and by coloring it appropriately, the range of choices that match the user's motif can be infinitely expanded. Furthermore, the colored pattern pattern layer 3 encapsulated in the synthetic resin layer 1 is not limited to the above embodiment, but can be made into multiple layers of three or more layers, and the encapsulated portion can also be formed to prevent the entanglement of the pattern and virtual image, etc. It goes without saying that the thickness of the molded product itself can be determined as appropriate based on consideration, and that the thickness of the molded product itself is also adopted depending on the intended use.
