り第1小径孔側へ順次縮径するテーパー状の着座
面を有した弁部と弁部へ離座方向に作用する流体
圧力に基づく作用力を平衡作用するように第1小
径孔へ摺動自在に嵌挿して弁部へ連結部を介して
連結した第1ピストン部と第2小径孔へ摺動自在
に嵌挿して弁部へ連設した第2ピストン部から構
成し、弁体と弁本体間に弁体を離座方向へ押圧す
るよう流入路の流体とは別の一定圧力のパイロツ
ト流体を導入する第1作用室と弁体を着座方向に
押圧するよう絞りを介して流入路の流体を導入す
る第2作用室を形成し、第1作用室と第2作用室
の流体圧力差による作用力と弾性部材の弾性力と
の平衡位置へ弁体を摺動して弁開度を規制したり
流入流出路間を遮断したりするよう第2作用室を
低圧側へ連通するパイロツト流路に供給電流値に
応じた開度でパイロツト流路を絞り連通したりパ
イロツト流路を遮断したりする電磁操作弁機構を
設けて成る流体制御弁装置。
